C3H News

The Central Coast Collaborative on Homelessness (C3H)* uses a Collective Impact Approach: different sectors come together on a common agenda to solve a specific problem; actions are supported by a shared measurement system, mutually reinforcing activities, frequent and ongoing communication.

*this is an unofficial page dedicated to information about C3H.

Vision Statement: C3H will harness all resources available to reduce the number of people experiencing homeless, as well as minimize the impacts of homelessness in Santa Barbara County (final).
